This Week, My Small Step and What I Learned From It: Botonglee Essay
This essay aims to share the lessons learned
from small achievements and failures,
seen through the eyes of Botonglee,
a meditation expert.
The Joy of Small Achievements: Small Steps That Move Life
This week, I set a relatively simple goal.
It was to complete the initial content planning
for the WECOSMO K-Meditation Wellness platform
I'm preparing to launch,
by the deadline.
At first, I felt vague fear,
but by breaking down the goal day by day into smaller units,
I gradually gained confidence that I could achieve it.
The power of a small achievement was beyond my expectations.
It wasn't just about finishing the task,
but the positive energy of 'I can do this'
that spread inside me during the process.
This resonated deeply with meditation's constant emphasis
on 'focusing on one moment, one breath.'
I experienced with my body and mind once again
that steady accumulation of small changes
can transform life as a whole.

Failure and Its Meaning: The Foundation of Growth
However, not everything went smoothly.
An unexpected result came from another project
I was simultaneously working on.
Honestly, at first, I felt it was a failure.
It was a moment when my accumulated experience and confidence wavered,
and anxiety and doubt rose within me.
But as a meditation expert,
I soon observed those feelings objectively
and took time for reflection.
The practice of turning failure
not into an 'end' but a 'beginning'
is what lifted me back up.
Failure was a mirror illuminating the parts
I hadn't yet discovered.
Through this process, I learned
to be kinder to myself
and to have a realistic perspective toward situations.
I'm confident this experience will become a great asset
in my future entrepreneurship journey and meditation guidance.
My reflection on this failure was profound
because it connected with the essence of meditation —
to observe things as they are.

Meditation and Reflection: Mind Study Becomes the Light of Everyday Life
Throughout this week, I listened more attentively
to my inner voice
through meditation sessions.
Meditation serves more than just relaxation or peace of mind.
It is a tool for deep insight into the self
and a practice of being fully present in each moment.
As I mentioned in my
meditation enables objective observation
by separating reality from emotions.
By integrating the emotions from failures and successes
with meditation,
I realized once again how crucial inner calmness is.
And I believe this calmness will be my unwavering axis
in the uncertain journey of entrepreneurship.
One concrete way I apply meditation insights to daily life
is by setting a 'small goal for today'
right after morning meditation.
Thanks to this habit, I repeatedly experience
goals being achieved naturally without burden.

A Message to Readers: Small Achievements, Failures, and Life Insights
Celebrate the small achievements.
The process of achieving small goals
gives us confidence that 'we can do it.'
And do not fear failure.
Failure is a precious opportunity
to realize our shortcomings
and move toward a better path.
Mind study — that is, meditation and reflection —
adds depth to this entire process.
The habit of finding small yet precious insights
in everyday life
elevates the quality of living.
I feel this more deeply as I prepare for my startup.
Small changes and learnings accumulate
to create big transformations eventually.
I hope this week's experiences and reflections
serve as a small inspiration to you as well.
I look forward to continuing to share
daily reflections as a meditation expert
and startup stories with you,
growing together.
Let's set our own small goals this week too,
and find learning within them.

May the small steps you take this week
become warm lights in your life.
